- Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

- Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of damage may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

2. Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number: We will provide you with an RMA number, which must be included with your return.
